I have several hundred contacts and have grouped them into
different interest categories, which I use quite often.  
Yesterday I attempted to send a message to one such group
and got the error message that one or members didn't have

Our Company is using Exchange 2000 and when I use IMAP to sync. all the
folders on outlook 2002, the followings happens:

I have successfully alphabetized by individual last names.
But no matter what I do, companies list by differing parts
of their name. Any suggestions to get companies to list by
first character of name?

Why do old email addresses come up in the suggested names
list when typing in the first few characters - even when
I'm pretty sure I have deleted the old contact itself.
