Okay, I blew it, lost all my cotnacts and folders when I
had to reinstal Windows XP.
Now, I have a serious question.  Is it possible to create
a contact from a spreasheet where I have names, phone

I have read alot of issues concerning contacts and the
address book in Outlook 2002.  I tried several different
fixes and I am still having problems in Outlook 2002.  I
have typed in and imported addresses(from Outlook

How do I add a catagory to the master list so it appears
on all computers on the network? We use catagories for
contacts.

My "techie" group at the office inadvertently lost my .pst file while
attempting to fix a problem unrelated to Outlook. All attempts to recover
the file have been unsuccessful. After I got restarted when I start to type

We have Outlook 2000.  When we use the Update Now button
to "refresh" the email addresses in a distribution list,
it will resort the list and file it in First Name, Last
Name Order instead of Last, First like the Contact folder

Two strange things have just started happening with my

work I'm able to add my Outlook Contacts folder to the
address book via the "Outlook Address Book" tab of the
Contacts Properties folder dialog.  However at home it
