I want to insert into a field the same information
(Manager's name = David) but for several hundred contacts
at a time. I intend to sort our contacts using a certain
catagory and then insert "David" into the Manager's feild

I have just recently migrated from Office 2000 to Office
XP.  I have copied all of my necessary data from my
previous computer, and it is resident in the proper
folders in Outlook.  but when I click new message and

I can create distribution lists and send to them without
any problem.  I have a co-worker who follows the EXACT
same process as I did but to no avail.  She creates the
group, adds the people and saves it.  But when she tries
