Outlook 2002 with Windows XP
I set up a mail merge from Outlook with several
contacts.  The document seems fine, I can see all the

I am in process of moving from Outlook97 to Outlook2002.

Trying to set up autodialing from Outlook 2002 Contacts on XP Home. My phone
line is British Telecom Home Highway (ISDN, connected via USB). Trouble is,

I am having problem with the auto complete or auto fill in
in Outlook. Whenever i entered an email address wrong it
is memorized in nk2 file. I tried to delete the bad email

I have Outlook 2002 & have my Contacts in categories
(e.g., "Business", "Personal", "Family", etc.).  I also
set the Address Book to look at the 'Contacts' address
