I use MS Outlook on my desktop computer. My OS is Windows XP (SP1). My question is: How can I copy my outlook folders and address book from my desktop to my laptop which also uses Windows XP (SP1). Both computers have rewriteable CD ROM drives. Thank You Bill W

In the new version of Outlook, is there a way to make a distribution list and have it be suppressed by not putting it into the BCC? Is there an easier way to make this list and the Receiptant in the TO field going to a dummy email address that is not on the Microsoft Exchange ...

I am importing a contact folder (MS Outlook 2000-2) (.pst or from excell). All contacts and all fields are imported perfectly. The birthday field is imported also. BUT it does not post it on the calendar. Why ? How can i fix
