I am using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP Professional.
When I begin a new e-mail message, and start typing a
name, Outlook suggests e-mail aliases from its internal
list that it thinks match who I want to contact. This is a

Just moved by PST file to another computer.  Now, the
Address Book cannot read from the contacts folder.  I
right clicked on the Contacts folder, selected properties,
yadda yadda yadda but the option to "Show this folder as

I would like to see only the names associated with email
addresses and not the Business Fax numbers. Is there
anyway to not have the Fax numbers in the Address Book.

If I click on the "New Message" icon, it brings up
the "Select Names" window.  I then go to my personal
contacts list and the problem I have is that the name
always shows up like this "John Doe (Business Fax)"

I am working in Outlook 2002.  In the address book I have
several numbers for contacts.  Multiple e-mail and fax
numbers.  I used to have icons that displayed what type of
number it was either fax or e-mail.  Those pictures no

I recently received a spreadsheet with Names, email,
phone, etc, and it needed to be inmported into Outlook
Contacts. I made sure all columns were in their means,

Two related questions:  dealing with WinXP and Office
XP/Outlook 2002:
First, when I send an email and type in a name, Outlook
defaults to the business fax number, not the email
