A user sets up Delegate permissions for me to be editor under her Contacts on her PC. I open users folder from my PC and create a new field under her Contacts. The user can't see the new field that I created or the data.

How would I setup a global contact list for everyone in my firm to have access to. How would I update list? We do not use Microsoft Exchange. Is this possible? Thank you.
