We have implemented Outlook.  Previously we used Outlook
Express.  Outlook seems to be working, i.e., can send and
receive mail.  Past mail folders have been moved. Etc.
One problem, my address book did not appear in my

When I bring up my contact list to insert email addresses
into an email I get two listing of each contact that also
has a fax number listed in their contact file.

I'm a newby, so maybe I'm missing something obvious, but
I'm trying to create a distribution list with some
members receiving the e-mail directly (TO: recipients)

We are using NT 4.0, Exchange Server and Outlook 2000.
It is possible to set an email Display Name in Contacts.
However, when you are composing a new message and click on the "To"
button, you get a list of contacts' emails sorted by an email display

I have two machines, both Windows 2000 PCs, running Office
2000.  One PC is on SP3, the other on SP4.  When I open a
contact and click the 'Display Map of Address' icon, a
webpage opens, but it doesn't link to 'Expedia.com' like

we just change our system from netscape to outlook. Know i'm not used to the
program outlook and i must search for mails a lot. With netscape you could
search by date, is this also possible in outlook (version 2000)?
