The user's computer freezes and has to be shutdown when adding a message recipient from his Contacts. This does not occur when adding recipients from the Global Address book. This also only happens sporadically. Any ideas why

When inserting a name, address, etc. from the ooutlook address book, the title (such as Mr., Ms, Mrs, etc.) does not display. Example: Name in address book is Dr. John Smith

My office is using Outlook 2000 SP-3. One installation displays email addresses as name@domain.com; another displays them as first last The "properties" of first last is correct. I can't find the setting so that the view will be name@domain.com. Your help is appreciated. Ken

When I use a distribution list, the names of all the people on the distribution list appear in the "To" field of everyone's message. When using "Bcc" field the names are not visible, however, maximum number of names is 24.

Actually, I lost them only in the Folder List. They still appear in My Contacts but are just for looking at - clicking on them (right or left) does nothing. I'm assuming because of both of the above symptoms that those
