When I am sending an email and click the To button, all my contacts are in the list to select from. I know that it should contain all items with email or fax data, but I'm getting all contacts. Im running Outlook 2000 on Windows XP Pro. What am I missing?

Is it possible to create a distribution list that won't divulge the addresses of all the contacts in the header of my email? Sometimes I want to send a message to multiple recipients without broadcasting everyones information.
