I created a Word template/form to print custom contacts from Outlook 2000. (article 230512). It works except sometimes I get the error "script too long." This happens when I have several sentences in the notes field.

I have sub folders under contacts. When i compose an email click (TO) the box opens up and the only names avaialble are names in my contacts. The sub folders arent there to selest from. How do i get the sub folders selectable?

Initially, I had incorrectly filled in the e-mail address for a contact. The e-mails of course bounced back and the error message says that the server is trying to re-send them for up to 3 days.
