After upgradng to Outlook 2002 from 2000 I get multiple
names in the TO box when I am trying to address an email
(obviously its one per email account).
Is there any way to just show the default email address

I know variations on this question have been answered
three times in the past two days, but I have a slightly
different twist.

We have encountered a problem with a contacts list in
Outlook 2002. If you start a new email and select a name
from this list, if the person has a business fax number
recorded it offers this instead of the email address. Is

When I go into 'select members' to create a new
distribution list, no contacts show up...and...there is
no 'address book' or 'contacts' to choose from in the
upper right box.

The contacts look fine when you view the contacts from the contacts
button. When you click new message and click "To: " to pull up the menu
of contacts a good number of the contacts in his list are missing. Does

Just recently installed Outlook 2002 and transfered all
contacts from Outlook 97 to it.  The new program was
installed on a new Dell desktop 4600C.  I have several

i'm moving a list of business contacts to my home
computer. i know i'll export my outlook contacts at work
as a .pst file and email (or ftp probably) it to myself at

I can insert a contact.  But I cannot edit the contact
once it has been saved from the insert.  When I open the
contact and make the changes and click save and close I
get the following error:  "The Item could not be saved

We have Outlook 98 and want to send a mailer. Don't want
everyone to see everyone else's details.  I know you can
use the bcc field but when that arrives it won't show that
the mail was "sent to" the recipient, merely "copied".

contacts. I can extract any file from a backup image I
took before but does anyone know where the data is stored
i.e in which folder and the name of the file. If I can
