I have two or more listings for each contact that has two
or more phone numbers or e-mail addresses in the drop
down list when I switch between our Global Address List
and Contacts. Is there any way to have the contact list

That worked!  I don't know what setting got screwed up,
but resetting for that database worked out.  Are the
settings different for each contact database?  I wasn't
sure if the settings worked for both of them together, or

Is there a way to restore Contacts in Outlook after a
users profile has been removed/renewed? This user has
never backed up their PST and we are not using Exchange.
We are using Outlook just as a e-mail client.

I have a computer that I had to reload.  I importing the PST file back
into Outlook on the new hard drive.  Now, a few times a day, all or
almost all of my contacts will popup as reminders.  It just says
"Reminder: Contact ____".  It is pretty annoying considering I have

In outlook 2002, is there a way to streamline sending a

formats over and over, isn't there a way to avoid the

but there are no contacts in the list area. The down arrow in show names
will show another 'contacts' and when clicked will display all the names

their display name).

I need to find a way to back up my contacts lists onto a
floppy in the event that my computers dies on me again. In
all the manuals books etc. nothing is mentioned about this
problem.

When I import new contact lists into Outlook, I am not
able to view them when addressing a new email, until I go
into the properties of the imported contact list and mark
each contact folder as "Show this folder as an email
