Does Outlook 2003 come with Business Contact Manager?  It was not in the Action Pack that I received, and I was looking forward to testing this add-on feature.

Recently any attempt to add or modify a phone number to a
contact will freeze the Outlook application.  
Ctl-Alt-Del shows that Outlook and the contact are not
responding.  I must then end the process.

If I have 20 contacts from one company and the company moves premises, do I have to go through all 20 contacts to change the address or is there a better way to set this up. This would also apply to contacts from the same family
