I imported 200+ contacts into Outlook from a .csv file. How can I have them all listed by the same category without doing each one seperately?

Imported all the business contacts from ACT! into BCM without any problems.. But now everything has gone horribly wrong... All the attachments, notes, are gone on all the contacts replaced by the content of the Inbox (on all of them...) I have no idea what happened.. Is there a ...

When I try to import the OE Address Book into Outlook XP, it asks which destination for imported addresses I want to use - I select 'Outlook Contacts Folder' and it then imports the contacts to the default Contacts folder. How can I import into another Contact folder

I want to create another contact folder all together, not add a new contact. How can I do this? I want to keep one set of contacts as personal, but put another "Contact" folder on a public drive with business contacts.

WHERE is the Alt -k shortcut to check names when typing an email address? Its gone in Outlook 2003. So much quicker than using the mouse to the button for 'check names'.

I recently moved up to XPpro/Outlook2002. In my previous version of Outlook address book I could see my contact names, email, business and home phone numbers. The display I get now is name, display name,email ,email type

When I click on address book icon to search for a contact, the contacts are displayed in alphebetical order by first name. How can I make the display list last names first so I can search by last name rather than first name?

In outlook 2003 I have been manipulating contacts between folders in my personal folders in outlook. I created a new contacts folder called 999 and populated it with contacts for temporary manipulation.

When I view my contacts information. It seems that the preview connect all of the info in the memo field, making it run together then adds a <end> to it. Is there a way to fix this? When I'm looking at th contacts I'd like to see the info the way I typed it. Thanks

I am using OL2000 on exchange 5.5. If I create a new mail message and click "To" my contact list opens. As soon as I try to scroll down outlook freezes then closes. Do anyone have any idea why this
