I currently have Outlook 2003 (which by thway cam with
some contact manager software too).  I use XP Home.
I want to be able to search using multple terms in
contacts.  E.g. Anyone living in "London" with a post code

When I try to import the OE Address Book into Outlook XP, it asks
which destination for imported addresses I want to use - I select
'Outlook Contacts Folder' and it then imports the contacts to the
default Contacts folder.  How can I import into another Contact folder

I want to create another contact folder all together, not add a new contact.  How can I do this?  I want to keep one set of contacts as personal, but put another "Contact" folder on a public drive with business contacts.

WHERE is the Alt -k shortcut to check names when typing an
email address? Its gone in Outlook 2003.
So much quicker than using the mouse to the button

I recently moved up to XPpro/Outlook2002. In my previous
version of Outlook address book I could see my contact
names, email, business and home phone numbers.  The
display I get now is name, display name,email ,email type

When I view my contacts information.  It seems that the preview connect
all of the info in the memo field, making it run together then adds a
<end> to it.  Is there a way to fix this?  When I'm looking at th
