I'm using Outlook 2002 w/ WinXP, and cannot get the Address Book to pull up the correct Contacts. I have look at the Contacts Properties in the Addressing dialog box, and it shows the Information: Personal Folders.

I am trying to configure my outlook concacts to us a Toshiba Strata Link between Outlook and the Toshiba Phone System. I need to know where to configure the dialing properties to set up the TAPI Link. Does anyone know where that is in Outlook 2002?

When I add a new contact and then click "Save and Close" it doesn't save the entry. When I go back into my Address Book the contact isn't there! Anybody run in to that before?

Exchange 2000, updated with SP3, Outlook 2002, updated, as well. There is a published list of company Contacts, called ABC Contacts. These contacts show up normally, and people can access it, create addresses...etc. No problem.

I was told that I could set users' Outlook categories using the group policy template from the Office Resource Kit. I installed the outlk10.adm template, but can't find anything about categories. Is this wishful thinking, or am I looking in the wrong place?
