Using Office 2003 on XP Pro with Exchange 2000 server..
When opening the contacts folder, OL displays my personal contacts (which are empty), I need to click on the shared contacts which are listed in the folder but are not selected

I recently upgraded to XP from Win 98.  After I
reinstalled Outlook 2000 and imported my old contacts,
everything seemed to be working fine.  In my contacts, if
someone has more than one email address, they show up as

I'm using Outlook 2002 w/ WinXP, and cannot get the
Address Book to pull up the correct Contacts.  I have
look at the Contacts Properties in the Addressing dialog
box, and it shows the Information:  Personal Folders.

I am trying to configure my outlook concacts to us a Toshiba Strata Link between Outlook and the Toshiba Phone System. I need to know where to configure the dialing properties to set up the TAPI Link.  Does anyone know where that is in Outlook 2002?

When I add a new contact and then click "Save and Close"
it doesn't save the entry.  When I go back into my
Address Book the contact isn't there!  Anybody run in to

Exchange 2000, updated with SP3, Outlook 2002, updated, as well.
There is a published list of company Contacts, called ABC Contacts.
These contacts show up normally, and people can access it, create
addresses...etc.  No problem.

I have one staff person (an admin assistant) who
constantly adds contacts to her boss's contacts.  (he has
given her full permission to add, delete, etc. to his

Is there a way to linnk contact information in Outlook to

I was told that I could set users' Outlook categories using the group policy
template from the Office Resource Kit.  I installed the outlk10.adm
template, but can't find anything about categories.  Is this wishful
thinking, or am I looking in the wrong place?
