Anyone willing to share how I can send a group e-mail and
not have any of their names or e-mail addy's show up? I
have not found any help with this in the help section of
Outlook and am getting antsy! Thanks in advance for any

Our company has just replaced everyone's computers with
new XP machines.  These have Office Small Business
(Basic) 2003.  When I set up their Outlook, most people
have had not problems with the address book coming up,

My  firm moved from a web hosted email system to hosting
our own email on exhange2000 and in the past we used
outlook express and when you typed a name in the to: line
it autofilled there email address.

It used to be there but now has disappeared.  I would
open an e-mail and then right-click the address.  What
used to happened was that it would give me two choices,
add to contacts or add to address book.  Now for whatever

Entered beau coup addresses today into a new group.
Used group to send emails. Left computer. Switched to

My problem is when finished typing my email, I click the send button,
Outlook puts my mail in the Outbox. I have to click on Send / Receive to get
the email to go.
Can someone explain why this is happening?

the basic problem: distribution list has 125 members. isp will only accept
25 emails per session. so i would have to send to 25, log off, log on, send
to another 25.  how can i 'extract' 25 names at a time to paste into the
email bcc: field?

some reason. The outlook addrees book is empty.
This keeps me from synching with programs.
How can i move my contacts to the outlook addrees book.
