My firm moved from a web hosted email system to hosting our own email on exhange2000 and in the past we used outlook express and when you typed a name in the to: line it autofilled there email address.

My problem is when finished typing my email, I click the send button, Outlook puts my mail in the Outbox. I have to click on Send / Receive to get the email to go. Can someone explain why this is happening?

the basic problem: distribution list has 125 members. isp will only accept 25 emails per session. so i would have to send to 25, log off, log on, send to another 25. how can i 'extract' 25 names at a time to paste into the email bcc: field?

All my contcat are in an address book called contact for some reason. The outlook addrees book is empty. This keeps me from synching with programs. How can i move my contacts to the outlook addrees book.
