I use Outlook 2003, my company uses Cardscan 3.0.5. I also have a pda w/ Palm software, version 4.0.1 When I use the Outlook button on Cardscan to transfer the contact info to Outlook some of the info (ie: fax #, direct line, cell # etc.) is not transferred. What is the problem. ...

when I receive a vcard as an attachment, I do not get a vcard. I get an empty mail attachment. I can send a vcard OK. I am using outlook 2003. Anyone know what the problem might be?

How we set up public journaling for 2003? the contact group is set up in the public folder space, but how do you set the default to go in the public journal space not in the individuals default journal???thanks!

I have XP home and XP office. When I hit my address book on the start button I can see all my entrys. But when I start up Outlook I cant (empty book) If I start up Outlook Express I can see my address book. Why!! ARRGG
