I cannot put off upgrading the London area codes of the 2000 or so contact files that I have stored on my laptop. The process of updating these files on a ad hoc basis it time consuming and haphazard.

I have just started using Outlook and imported data from Outlook Express. Address file there but when I type in first letter of a name in the to box it doesn't try and auto predict the contact I want. Can't find an answer anywhere...help please! Paul

In the Help File for sending a distribution list , instruction say to click in the body of the message, then on the insert menu click Item. Problem is that there is no item in the pull down list

I have recently switched to Outlook from Palm. I cannot find a feature in Outlook which allows you to show/hide (password protect) individual contact details. I can't believe such a useful feature, available in Palm, is not available in Outlook. Assistance please?

Have spent too much time trying to import my e-maill addresses from Netscape Communicator's (version 7.02) address book into Outlook 2002. Impossible to find the Netscape file where the address book is. Help--

When I go to contact folder, it shows last name then first name on list. When I try to send mail, it shows first name first then last name.

Has anyone had a problem with Outlook 2002 (xp) limiting categories that you can sort on? I have found mine only lets me sort on 16. This is a problem for me. Any ideas?
