I am using Outlook 2000. I use the contact pop-up reminder to let me
know who I need to call and when. Suddenly, my contacts have stopped

Ok I cleaned out all the deadwood e-mail addresses from my Outlook Express address book. How do I update the records I already have in Outlook 2002?
Do I just import the .wab file and Outlook will ask me if I want to save the changes?

1-When a new entry in made in "Contacts" carefully
entering the family name first, and the given name
second; if I attempt to send an e-mail, the list of names
generally appears given name fist and family name second.

Is there a way to change the search parameters in the "find a contact" box?
It doesn't seem to search for company names, only file as names.  I would
like it to search for companies, phone numbers, virtually every field in my

When I do a new e-mail message,go to select names,
contacts, the e-mail addresses and fax numbers are all in
the list.  How do you get rid of the fax numbers w/o
deleting them from your contacts?

Sometimes, I'll be given a list of contact email addresses
that I will have to write to for a while.  For instance,
my theater group sends out updates monthly on Word with
all our volunteers, actors, students, etc.

I was creating a distribution list and had added 200+ names, when
Outlook suddenly said that I was out of memory and need to close
other windows.  Now I can not open the contact list to shrink it down
