I am using Outlook 2000. I use the contact pop-up reminder to let me know who I need to call and when. Suddenly, my contacts have stopped popping up and I have no clue how to fix it. Not only that, but some of the pre-arranged call dates have somehow been back-dated.

1-When a new entry in made in "Contacts" carefully entering the family name first, and the given name second; if I attempt to send an e-mail, the list of names generally appears given name fist and family name second.
