Under OutllookXP Contacts under the General tab. When I paste text into the "notes" field under the genral Tab for a contact then it quite often appears as double line spaced but I can't see where to change this to normal single spacing.

I am sending this again as I did not get a follow up from my answer from the person that asked about PST and Mode. Any further help. It turns out that the only PST file I have is the one on my desktop where I save for backing up.

When you pull up your contacts list (from within the letter) when generating an email, the names are listed by their 1st names, and I see no way to change them to be displayed by their last names 1st. Any ideas?

Will someone please tell me where I can find contacts, phone & fax numbers within OL 2000? I think they are called .pst files but I can't find them through a search and need to copy or imort them into another program. Thanks!
