I've tried importing a file from Excel, and unfortunately what I got was 95,000 empty contacts in my folder! I want to get rid of these folders and try again. How can I do so? I'm using XP and it won't let me delete the contacts folder. What should I do?

I want to add in the very cool picture control found on the default contact form, but when I go to design that form, it looks like the earlier versions without a picture control. I read a post that said it was still there and you had to just add code with a picture
