hey there.
i just moved over from Outlook 2000 to 2002, and i
exported and imported all my data, using genie-soft.com
backup tool. when opending 2002, i cannot access my

i have Office XP Pro but i can't seem to copy contact

I am trying to do an email mail merge. And it works, B-U-T, it opens up
the merge document in Word and then prompts me one by one to tell me a

In O2003 do you now have the ability to add a user defined field in a
folder and have it appear in all like folders in not only the same PST
file, but any PST file.  When you create a custom field in one folder,

I am in a desperate situation.
I had to reformat my hard drive. Prior to do this, I copied my entire User
Profile to another drive. I can now access my User Profile information from
Windows Explorer.

I'm about to receive Outlook 2003 from amazon.com and my question is this.
Does upgrading from OL2002 to OL2003 preserve all my folders and their
contents?
I've got a tom of folders that I cannot possibly lose for any reason.

I have Outlook 2000 and have created several Group
Distribution Lists.  I want to send a copy of a group list
to another Outlook 2000 user, so they can add it to their
