I have WinXP with Office 2003. When entering a contact I noticed there is only 1 field for "mobile number" is there any way to add say "mobile business" and "mobile personal" ? ? Are then any patches for this? Any plans for updates.

Am trying to print envelopes through the MS Word using one of my Contacts subfolders. Some of the addresses do not show up in the form. Are missing the street, city, state and zip.

We have three users on separate machines each using OL2K (IMO) and would like to know if there's a way to synchronise contacts between users. Exchange would be too much for our small setup and other products I've seen appear to have reliability issues.

In Outlook 97 you could change the order that names were listed in the address book by dbl-clicking the name heading. That does not work in Outlook 2002. The names in my address books are listed Fisrt then Last (i.e. David
