How can i change names in the phone field.
I do not need (Radio,TTY/TDD,Home2......)
Where is the master category list for that.

My wife an I keep seperate contact list.
When we both use outlook 2000 i could update my list from hers.
She now has outlook 2003 and I still have outlook 2000.
When I try to update it tells "properties must be defined before use.
