Address Book displays names with FirstName LastName order13 Dec 2003 17:21 GMT3
When our company upgraded from Office 2k to Office XP,
some of the users when they click on "To..." in a new e-
mail and choose Contacts have their address book displayed
with FirstName first while others have it displayed with
File As and Select Names Dialog13 Dec 2003 16:03 GMT3
I'm using OL 2002, and I'm trying to get the names in the
Select Names dialog (when you click the "To: button on an
email form.) channging the the "File As" setting in
contacts appears to have no affect. Any Ideas?

I have the strangest problem with Outlook 2002. While trying to sort out a
missing dll error message, I managed to delete the outlook pst file and had
to restore it from a backup.
Email, Calendar, Contacts etc all came back fine but when I try to open the

I am having trouble building an excel spreadsheet that
will capture the custom fields I have made for my contact
list.  Anyone know how to do this?

I had my hard drive crash (boot drive) and rebuilt my

access the drive that crashed to recover some files,

 An executive has a "Contacts" folder and a "Contacts>Cell Phone Contacts"
subfolder.  His admin needs access to both of them.  How can I set this up
on Exchange 2000 (SP4) so that the admin can modify the Contacts and its

I exported a *.csv address book from sbc yahoo browser to my desktop
then imported it into my Outlook Express.  To import the *.csv file into
 MS Outlook 2000 do I select import from programs and files then csv
