I used to use my PAB for keeping track of my contacts until my recent move to using the contacts folder within my mailbox instead of my PAB. I imported my pab data into my contact folder but now when i start a new message, click on to: and then find and do a search for a text

I have created a new contact form to personalize the info needed. However, when I go to save the form with for a new contact, it does not show up in the folder that was selected (or any for that matter). Does anyone know what is happening?

Is the BCM for Outlook included with the Action Pack? I have received the newest Action Pack with Office Professional 2003 but there is no BCM disk included. Plus I do not have any Exchange accounts installed in Outlook.

When entering new contacts details then save & close, (or downloaded via a PDA synchronisation), although the 'Private' check box was not checked if you then open the item it is now checked.
