Modifying Contact Form in OL 200310 Dec 2003 18:14 GMT4
I need to make a simple change to the contact form in OL 2003, and tried
with the technique I'd used in OL 2000... From within the contact window,
Tools | Forms | Design this form
But what I get in the "designer?" is not "This" form, but the old format

When I am in Word and want to use the Outlook contact lists to insert an address to an envelope and/or label the name and address appears but so does the country.  How can I change the default to eliminate the country from automatically being added to the envelope and/or label?

All I am able to do is Import indvidual names and address.
I have a large number of groups taht contain up to 50 names.

mail, should I leave that unchanged?

I must be really special :(  I have to Office 2003 Professional CD's.  I
cannot find how I can install BCM.  What am I missing?  I thought BCM was
supposed to be on the cd.
