I have set up a small workgroup in our office. Is it possible for each user to have access to a common list of contacts in addition to their own? I want to set up a list of contacts that all our staff should have on their pc in addition to any they have set up

I have Outlook 2002 (Office XP). When I click TO: in Inbox to obtain names in my Contacts folder to send an email, only a small portion of names in my Contacts list appear. What's up with that? Thanks.

I have no problems with using my contacts in my sending of emails but was today surprised when I could not manually add a string of email addresses pasted in bcc from a notpad file. All had a semicolon after them .

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 - I had a crash and reloaded- - How do I get my old contacts reloaded as well... I still have the old outlook.pst but when I try to import it - The old adresses in contact do not show up

When we try to select just a few names out of Contacts for mailing labels we get all our contacts. Can someone tell us how to prevent this?
