Running Outlook 98, Windows Nt 4. Whenever i create a new e-mail and type a name in the "To" box and click on "Check Names", Outlook cannot find the name even though it exists in the Contacts Folder.

We just learned from this group that if you touch anything, even if you slightly move a field, Contact form of Outlook 2003 loses its original look and reverts to the contact form look of O2002. How we can avoid that and add a field to the first page of Outlook 2003
