Can anyone tell me how to modify the icon in the phone list view of
Contacts?  A couple of years ago we imported a list of address that we mail

Is it possible to not just add one sender to the adress
book, but more than one? Selecting multiple emails and
then trying to right click and add them doesn't work...

I'm using Outlook 2000 in the "Internet Only" mode.  Many of my

I am very confused about these two.  I recently installed Windows XP Pro on
a new hard drive.  I had backed up all my data files, including my
"Outlook.pst" folder.
