I am using outlook 2002 SP2. When I receive an email and want to add the sender to my contact list I follow this procedure as detailed in the Outlook help file.

I recently downloaded windows xp and microsoft office 2003. Now my contacts nor anything in Outlook functions. Isn't the latest technology supposed to work with Office 2000? It's really caused a lot of problems

In Outlook 2000, when you would create a new email and select the 'to:' button, you would get a list of your contacts and an entry in parenthesis beside indicating whether it was SMTP or FAX.

Worked fine on my Outlook 2000, but can't figure out how to make it appear with my recent upgrade to Outlook 2003. All I get in the "Show Names From The" list are my exchange server email addresses. No list of Contacts. I still have Contacts listed in with my folder list, just not ...

I'm not sure if this is possible................ A user wishes to change their default contacts list from "global address" to lets say their "Personal conatcts" list. Its a prefrential issue and just not sure if it can be done in Outlook 2000.
