loaded. I have imported all of my Outlook 2000 stuff into

When I try to add names to Address Book in Outlook  2003 - I get a message stating that I don't have permission to add entries to the address book.
I am the sole user and have administrative rights to my computer. How do I get to add entries to my address book?
