outlook is the dumbest program i've ever seen. i'm trying to save a sender's email address into a specific group within my address book but somehow outlook does not allow you to do that. there are completely stupid and useless

Just upgraded to Outlook 2003. When I try to type a new message and click on "To:" to address, I get "Cannot contact LDAP Directory server (81)" message. Any suggestions? Thank you, John.

I am using OL 2002 under Win XP. When searching in the address bar for a contact, it always returns "Outlook could not find the requested contact" however, all of my contacts are there. Any suggestions please?
