My entire INBOX now appears in my business contact history when I open any of my business contacts. Gone are the tasks, email contacts, and opportunities that were there (per business contact) yesterday. Wany idea how the database got corrupted? Thanks!

I just upgraded to Outlook XP from 2000. Now when I go to address an email and click on "To", only the contact names are displayed. I can't tell whether the contact is an email address or fax without checking it's properties.

When our outlook was setup they entered sub-directories for diff. critira in addtion to contacts. Now we know we could have sort by catagory. We want only 1 address book so it can be exported to other programs.
