Exported all my contacts to zip disk as .pst files
specifying to include subfolders.  On new PC, I imported
the same.
In my folder list to the left (in Outlook)I see Contacts

I have multiple accounts defined within XP.  I have
defined a Shared Contacts list within Outlook Express,
but I cannot get the sub-accounts to have access to that
list.  Any ideas?

Outlook 2002 displays contacts with their "title" such as Mr., Mrs. or Ms.
I would prefer not to see the title in the display, but cannot figure out
how to hide it so that I only see the first name/last name.  Any ideas?

I just bought a new computer and I want to move my address book and email files over
The old computer was running Outlook 2000 SR-1 on Windows ME, while the new computer is running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP

I've got a customer who is trying to use this software.  
On her system, Business Contact Manager shows as
installed through Add/Remove Programs, as does Outlook,
but when she opens the Outlook software, she does not see

Outlook 2003.  I have just upgraded and while I like OL 2003 it is driving
me crazy.
I want to use my contacts as an Email address book.  I go to Properties,

I have a strange problem. There is a user who had his PST
file located on the local drive. I copied this file up to
