I have folders in my contacts that do not appear in
Outlook XP address book.  It is only bringing up the
default folder, not the subfolders....so when i go to send
an email and click TO..only those emails in the default

I upgraded to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000.  All of my
old emails are accessible; however, I can't access or

with folders under each.  OE always starts using "main

I have a contact that I email regularly.  The Full Name is "Catherine
'Kitty' Maness.  First name: Catherine, middle name : 'Kitty', last
name, Maness.  File As is "Catherine 'Kitty" Maness.
In OL2000, I could type "kitty" in the addressing field and it would

click on my contacts, the form displays Lastname, FirstName in the File As

Does the "Shared Contacts" feature in Office 2003 require
Exchange Server?  That was the case with older versions
of Office.
