Sorry I know this has been touched on before but when entering phone numbers into outlook 20002/3 on some computers it reformats the entered number (ie 123-1234) to show area code etc. (+1 (334) 123-1234) which causes a problem with fax software such as Accpac Faxserv. Outlook ...
