Hi! I would like to get my contacts copied to my other computor. They are not networked currently (will be eventurally) How do I do this. Once networked can I update either computor easily?

Can anyone tell me how to stop Outlook from showing me the fax numbers when I hit the "TO" button on a new email? I always see two names of the same person, one email, the other their fax. I am using Outlook XP. Thanks!
