Does anyone know how to disable the message "a program is

We are using Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2003 and XP as Clients.

i would like to give each of my contacts a unique id

I have a seroius problem with the new business contact
manager software. It was working perfectly by showing all
the history related to each business contact (notes,
phone logs, emails etc...)

How do I get the contacts to show as contacts when using

When I  am creating a new message and I click the To... button, my contacts are listed according to first name. I prefer them according to surname. How can I change that? (In the edit box for an individual contact it already says; Display as Last name, First name

Outlook 2003:
I just installed - it collected my contact list from
Outlook 2000.  Problem is:  when I go to write a new
message, my contacts do not come up under the To or Cc

My colleague is having a problem with contacts being automatically added
from spammers.
She has just moved to Outlook 2002 from Outlook Express.
I cannot find a setting which allows contacts to be added

How can I get Outlook Express to stop adding email
addresses to my address book.
