I'm using Outlook XP - is there any way to link the public and personal contacts so that what you type, change, etc in one automatically shows up in the other.

Is there a way to permanently have all new entries keep the display/file as name to show First Name first. In other words, if I type in a new contact first name then last and save, how can I get the software to keep exactly what/how I type it in?

Most users here are using Outlook XP. If you open the Address Book, and then pull down the drop-down menu under "show names from the", you'll see the Global Address List on top, then several hundred Schools and Departments, and at the very bottom you'll see "Outlook Address ...

Tools - Options - email options (bottom of form) box: "Automatically put people I reply to in" is checked I clicked the Browse Button, than highlighted the Contacts folder. (I also tried clicking it.)
