Is there a way to permanently have all new entries keep the display/file as name to show First Name first.  In other words, if I type in a new contact first name then last and save, how can I get the software to keep exactly what/how I type it in?

Phone numbers are not coming in correctly .. a whole
different set of #'s appears in the phone # fields.  Any

I would like to use the Public Folders to create a  
master "Contact Manager" that everyone in our company can
utilize.   Everytime I enter a new journal entry or add

In Outlook 2003, I cannot choose "Design this form" to
customize the Contacts forms that came with MS Outlook
Business Contact Manager.  If I choose the forms manually
via "Design a form" instead, I can edit the forms but

Is there any way in Outlook 2002 to enter company info, then associate contacts with that company so that when I update the Contact info for the company, the change flows through to all associated personnel?
