I am using Outlook 2000.  When I try and configure my address book I
only have the option of my "offline address book" even though my
contact list has data. When I try and make my contacts folder available
in address book( right click folders- click properties-click the

I have just reinstalled Outlook 2000 on XP for the millionth time and now all my contacts are gone.  In my address book is a little miniature icon that say 'contacts' but doesn't open.  If I right-click contacts in the Outlook address tab the 'show this folder as an email address ...

I'm not even sure I can adequately articulate what I did
that made them go away but I will try.
I am using Office XP Home @ my home on a Compaq Evo PC
that I've had for just about a year. I do NOT use Outlook

I have switched from one computer to another both using
the same operating system and ms office.  My old machine,
my contacts appeared in both outlook contact and address
book.  I could call up the address book and get all

On my Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro, when I try to select
the option, "Show folder as email address book", it's
greyed out. Any idea how I fix that?

I often need to send emails to a subset of a distribution list. I would like
to do one of the following, but have not been able to figure out how. Any

new email, duplicate names appear for individuals in my
contact list.  One name will add an email address when
