I have OL2003 on my office computer and OL2002 on my home computer. Is there an easy way to merge the contacts from one into the contacts on the other? Thanks for any ideas.

I am using Outlook 2003. I would like to create a distribution list for a category within Outlook contacts. Is there a way to import the category into the new distribution list without having to enter each contact one by one?

My contacts are displaying as emails. It's really weird. They do not have all the information. Has anyone experienced this before? How do I change it back to the normal view?

when I send an email,I've selected the option to have Outlook recognize email addresses after I've typed in the first few letters. It does it with some name and not with others. Does anyone know how to make this work??

I share a Contacts folder with colleagues using a Net folder. However each time we enter a new contact on the master outlook folder it automatically checks the Private box. I can't find a default key or option to turn this

I have Outlook 2003 and when I go to select a contact in a new email, it displays the contacts in order of firstname. I cannot configure it to display by Lastname. Has anyone encountered this problem before ?

My customer is trying to create a distribution list containing 300 recipients. Unfortunately Outlook will not allow him to have more than 99 recipients. On my system i can go past 99 recipients with no problem.
