I divided my "Contacts" into subfolders according to
category.  Now I want to "undo" this action and return to
having just one main "Contacts" list.  How can I make all
those subfolders merge into the main Contacts folder?

I utilize Windows 98 with Outlook 2000.  When attempting
to pull up a map of a contact's address by clicking on
the "Display map of address icon", the resulting map that
