I'm unable to add an Exchange contacts folder as an outlook address book - as a result personal contacts stored on the excange server aren't used to verify addresses, and it's dificult to add recipients to emails.

I have a number of email distribution lists set up in Outlook Contacts. I need to transfer one of these lists to another person so that they don't have to manually duplicate it. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

I am using Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606) with Windows XP Professional. When I search for a contact that I know is in my Contact folder Outlook never finds it. I have searched for every word, number and combination of both.

When I try and access my address book from the 'new mail message' drop-down and click on 'To:' only 4 of the address folders are recognized. There are actually 20 address folders in my including cthe 'Contacts' folder.
