I'm unable to add an Exchange contacts folder as an
outlook address book - as a result personal contacts
stored on the excange server aren't used to verify
addresses, and it's dificult to add recipients to emails.

I have a number of email distribution lists set up in Outlook
Contacts.  I need to transfer one of these lists to another person so
that they don't have to manually duplicate it.  Is there a way to do

I am using Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606) with Windows XP
Professional.  When I search for a contact that I know is
in my Contact folder Outlook never finds it.  I have
searched for every word, number and combination of both.

I have a user that is moving mail clients, from Netscape
Messenger 4.7 to Outlook XP.  The issue is the address
books.  The address books in Netscape are *.ldif and
clearly in Outlook they are *.pst.  I have exported the

I also switched computers and retrieved my .pst file o.k.
except my email addresses.  My contact list is there but
my email never has pulled addresses from there, it pulls
from the address book in the mail section and nothing is

When I try and access my address book from the 'new mail
message' drop-down and click on 'To:' only 4 of the
address folders are recognized. There are actually 20
address folders in my including cthe 'Contacts' folder.

I am sharing a computer with my boss, and we each have an Outlook Express
identity, and we each have an msn Messenger account. The problem is that MY
Messenger contact are automatically appearing in HIS OE Contacts list! (They

I saw a posting to a similar problem but not sure mine is exactly the same.  When I tried to type a name in a new email, it indicates that the contacts list cannot be accessed because it was removed or I don't have permission to open it.  The Address Book Tools section indicates ...
