When sending an email and selecting the 'To' button brings up the list of
Contacts who have an email address and/or a fax number (Outlook XP).
Is there an area within Outlook where I can restrict it so this list only
displays those with an email address?  We do not have an Exchange ...

My contacts are sorted on last name however when sending
new email when I click on the "to" button my adderss book
view is sorted alphabetically on the email address. How
do I change this view to sort by last name? Thanks

When I try to open one of my groups in the Contacts folder
I get "Out of memory or system resources".  Other groups
in the folder open with no problem.  Individual contacts
work just fine as well.

Hello, in outlook express is there a way to email several
people at one time and have the recipient only see their

I have two distribution lists, with contacts that have been entered directly
into them and they do not exist in the contacts list.
Is it possible to merge these two lists into one distribution list, and how?

then uses this to suggest addresses for the

I added a custom field- social security number - to my
contacts.  Then I changed the form-- adding a "page 2" to
accept and display this new field.  I then went into the
properties of the Contacts folder and pointed "When

I want to change my Contacts to Business Contacts so I
have only one class of Contacts.  Then, when I transfer
to my Blackberry all will move, not just Contacts.

How to install a new contacts form into Outlook contacts
and set it as the default form. What file is the form  
saved to and then how to define it as the default contact
form for importing data to.  Thank you.
