Rather than export my contacts I want to connect a access table to them. To get the fields I want I have to greate a view and connect to that. If I add lots of fields I get cannot show view folder is full.

I had to reinstall Office 2000 including Outlook. I just keyed in a new contact and when I keyed the phone & fax # it does not seperate the area code from the prefix and four digits.
