1.) I have a 2 Address Books the typical Contacts book
(stored in PST file) and PAB (stored in a PAB file)as
separate address books. I want to merge the contents of
my PAB file into the Contacts adress book and DELTETE the

Once I have created a master list under contacts, and assigned the appropriate contact under that contact, where do I go to pull up that master category?

Can anyone explain to me how to change the default form opened when you click a record in Outlook - Contacts - Address Cards.   Although I can change an individual one to show different layouts and fields I have not discovered how to make this the default form for all records.

know how do you open My Documents folder in Outlook 2003,
like I used to in all other versions of Outlook.

I ran this by my IT guys, but they failed miserably, so

In Win98 I tried to export my Adress Book to WinXP, but
the IMPORT and EXPORT items under FILE were greyed, even
after I selected some folders and files. So I copied
the .wab file from WINDOWS\APPLICATION

I want to generate mailing labels for a subset of my contacts in BCM.  I
want to be able to track the fact that a given contact was the recipient of
the (hard copy, snail mail) mailing I'm doing.
My initial thought was to create a Category called 012004Mailing, and then
