I installed Outlook 2003 and copied/imported my contacts
folders from my old Outlook 2000 installation.  I have a
main "Contacts" folder that is recognized when I enter
names in new emails.  The problem is that Outlook 2003

I no longer see the Contacts list when using the To
button for addressing messages.  I have searched the
database and found some solutions but all hinge on re-
selecting the contacts list from a list, but it isn't

When sending an email and using the address book to import
an email address, I have multiple contacts showing up for
contacts that have the fax or business fax fields filled-
out.  How can I stop this without having to clear all fax

Why don't distribution lists show up in my Palm E after I
sychronize it with the contacts on my computer.  I have
made a field in my "current view" for the distributions
list to appear but it does not show up on my palm?

Some of the new contacts I enter only are visible when I
select detailed address card view but not visible when
address card view is selected.
How can I get the contacts visible in both address card

i just had a quick question on *.aba files
i want to transfer all my contacts from my really old palm(ancient) t
my new hp ipaq h1945....i created a address book file through pal
desktop but the only format i could save to was *.aba

I moved a bunch of contacts from my regular Contacts folder into the BCM
contacts folder.  I want to assign a bunch of them to a single account.
Do I need to open each contact individually and assign it to the account?
Or can I select multiple contacts and do some form of "Put all ...

I get the following error when I either switch to the Contacts folder
within outlook and sometimes when I try to open a Contact.:
"The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed.

I am using Outlook 2000.
Is there a way I can create a new view for my contacts
(address cards) and have them be sorted by most frequently
used or looked up?

I am using Outlook 2002 SP-2 under XP SP-1. All of my
contacts are entered using Title, FirstName, LastName.
The "File as" is LastName, FirstName.
My problem is when I enter a new contact as FirstName

When I try to set up a distribution list using information from Outlook Contacts I do not get all the information required for every recipient. For example, I go to my envelope wizard and select "create a distribution list". Then I eventually go to a step that requires me to ...

Is there a way for me display what DLs a particular
contact is associated with?  Example:  If I look at John
smith - can I see that he is part of "Newsletter"
and "Monthly Update" DLs?

I have some people that have multiple email addresses.  When I address a new message and browse the address list, it just shows the same name 2 or three times depending on how many addresses are associated with the name.  It would be more usefull to display the "display as" field ...

I am trying to view all of the birthdays I have in
outlook for this month and next month in aeither a card
view or a list view.
The problem:

I'm running Outlook 2002. Often it says something like "Outlook can't load
speech recog files. Not installed. Would you like to install it?" How can I
get rid of this?
