I installed Outlook 2003 and copied/imported my contacts
folders from my old Outlook 2000 installation.  I have a
main "Contacts" folder that is recognized when I enter
names in new emails.  The problem is that Outlook 2003

I no longer see the Contacts list when using the To
button for addressing messages.  I have searched the
database and found some solutions but all hinge on re-
selecting the contacts list from a list, but it isn't

When sending an email and using the address book to import
an email address, I have multiple contacts showing up for
contacts that have the fax or business fax fields filled-

Why don't distribution lists show up in my Palm E after I
sychronize it with the contacts on my computer.  I have
made a field in my "current view" for the distributions
list to appear but it does not show up on my palm?

contacts folder.  I want to assign a bunch of them to a single account.
Do I need to open each contact individually and assign it to the account?

I get the following error when I either switch to the Contacts folder
within outlook and sometimes when I try to open a Contact.:
"The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed.

I am using Outlook 2002 SP-2 under XP SP-1. All of my
contacts are entered using Title, FirstName, LastName.
The "File as" is LastName, FirstName.
