I can import addresses on Outlook 2000. The help says I have to go to tools and click on import... but the "import-export" submenus are grey and don't react to their selection. What should I do?

I can't find where to edit the territory list in BCM Accounts. North, South, etc etc isn't appropriate for anything but national accounts. I need to be able to specify differently. How can this be done?

I purchased Outlook 2003 pro, so I can also take advantage of the new BCM. I installed the syste, but no BCM to be found. The MS website is full of marketing stuff, but no real help. Maybe you guys can help me out?
