I installed Office XP Small Business 2002 in my laptop
and when I try to email and press the "To" button it will
not bring my contacts up.  The page locks and when I
bring up Task Manager to get out of it, it shows "Inbox

I can't find where to edit the territory list in BCM Accounts.  North, South, etc etc isn't appropriate for anything but national accounts. I need to be able to specify differently.  How can this be done?

Is there a way to sort the names in a Distribution List?  
When I open up the distribution list it displays the
contact as John Smith.  I would like the ability to sort

of them in my contacts in Outlook  2002. I wanted to create
a backup of all my contacts. How can I create a .csv file of
all the contacts in the _autocomplete_ list?
